Social Media Consumer (Dis)satisaction Index: Is Facebook flops, Google Losing Luster while bing getting big?

Foresse and American Consumer Satisfaction Index announced social media consumer satisfaction report.

The head line says, Facebook Flops, Google Loses Luster; Bing Debuts Big; Wins Best-In-Show. Its very interesting to see that Social networking sites Facebook and MySpace both scored way low.  Is it because of Facebook’s privacy flip-flops? BTW it is interesting to see, that while this consumer satisfaction is down, Facebook announced crossing 500 million consumers. It is well-known that consumers are spending more time on Social networking sites than on search engines. With consumers moving to this site, the Ad money also following the consumers.
